What's the age range for WunderCooks classes?

We truly believe you are never too young (or old 😉) to start learning how to cook. That is why WunderCooks was designed for children of all ages, and even adults love being part of the fun. Our recipes range in skillset, which works great because we all enjoy recipes that push us, but also ones that are quick + simple. Obviously, the younger your children are, the more hands-on help they will need. Even the little things like holding a knife with you, mixing, helping measure, tearing herbs apart, testing ingredients, + getting to try the finished recipe can forever change a child's attitude towards food. ***Helpful tip: Helping children in a hands on way to complete more difficult tasks is always recommended. However, if there are steps you know your child cannot do, or you'd rather them not do (i.e. cutting hard squash, chopping onions 😭, using the stove, or operating dangerous appliances) then simply prep them ahead of time or do it for them while. The assembly of a recipe makes children feel accomplished, even if they didn't do all of the work.
